Today's Long Run - 2006-03-09

Not too bad. 16 miles in the wind and rain in 2:12. By then I'd had enough and decided to finish on the mill. I did another 7 in 51 minutes, with 5 at MP. I'd be thrilled with this, but there was a bit of holding on. Still, not a bad run for today.
