DOMS: Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. It means being sore as much or more the second or later day after a strenuous ordeal than the first. And I got it. Yes, I was tired and sore yesterday, but this morning it was really bad.
But... I wanted to get my ten miles in, and something of slight substance wouldn't hurt. Oh. Yes, it would.
But I did it anyway. Too bad it was only on the mill.
