I was about as tired as I thought I'd be, so this wasn't a great day for running. I did 2 on the mill and then 3 outside at 9 minute pace. Weighed in for the first time since the trip: 157. Exactly what I thought. I probably put on 10 lbs during the trip and am now down to 5. These will be tougher though.

What are you practising for? Or are you doing this just for fun? I used to have great stamina, but nowadays, I just suck!
