Today I ventured outside into the cold, windy, icy morning darkness. I didn't have much time so I had to run fast. And I did" the 11-mile new subs route in 85.5 minutes, including a 3-mile tempo. Other good news: my weight is back to 156.
This is all with the trip coming up. Lots to do to prepare. But it's fun. I hope I don't get too fat and out of shape.
