For some reason I lost posts - they were not published. So I'll have to be brief. Monday, 3 slow tired miles.
Tuesday: 8 outside @ 8:45 pace followed by 14 inside including 13 @ MP. Not as good as it sounds.
Wednesday: 12 on the mill including 10 x 1200 @ 9.5mph/4:45. Much better.
Thursday: 11-mile new subs route in a solid 85.5 minutes. This includes 3 @ MP.
Weight was 161 at start of week, but is now down to 156!
Trip coming up - very busy. But it's fun.
