But this one was a keeper. I decided to do some speedwork for the first time in a long while, and it went ok. Not real fast, but at least I did it. 5 x 1600 @ 6:38. First 4 were about 6:36, and the last was slower, but I'm happy to have done any at all. Now I've got to improve. And there's a lot of room for that. Altogether 13 in 1:47.
