Today's Track Workout

First time at the track in months. And it was a great run. Smooth, strong and consistent. 8 x 1600 in (6:28, 6:23, 6:26, 6:24, 6:23, 6:24, 6:24, 6:10). Average was 6:23. Altogether 12 in 89.5 minutes. More good news: weight is down to 153!
